Terms, Conditions and Surcharges Insurance
The properties and their contents are insured by the owners against the perils of breakage, fire and theft. Occupiers are responsible to take care not to invalidate the terms of their insurance. Occupiers personal effects should be included in their travel insurance and are not included as part of the building contents. Noise & Nuisance
To protect the environment for the enjoyment of all users, it is a condition of this agreement that excessive noise or other nuisance is not allowed and that the rules for use of the property and swimming pool, bar, restaurant and all recreation areas be observed. Persons failing to comply after warning will be required to leave the property without compensation. Cancellation Charges - Any cancellation up to 14 days of the arrival date shall loose full deposit of E75
- Any cancellation after the 13th day to arrival date shall pay 50% of the holiday cost
- Upon cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival a full 100% of the holiday cost shall be per-sued.

Arrival & Departure Times
The property will be available for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and you are asked to vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow for servicing. Damage Deposit
The client securing the booking undertakes to be responsible for any breakages, damages or loss to the property and its contents during the period of rental, and is also advised to check the inventory upon arrival. The Damage Deposit @ €200 will be taken in cash (euros) and covers any damage to the property, loss of keys, linen and towels and such items as remote controls, terrace / pool furniture and padlock / chains to secure such. Any other reasons for the deduction of all or part of a Damage Deposit other than the aforementioned will be related to the client upon arrival at the property. Providing all is in an acceptable order and the inventory is agreeable, the damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of the stay. IMPORTANT
Our company has a policy of meeting all our clients upon arrival. The owners also prefer this as we are only a small company and do not wish to leave keys with people we do not know and who do not know us. This is very useful as both parties get to meet each other and we are able to point out aspects of each property to you. Additionally, if you require assistance to reach the site whilst on the way from the airport, you are able to call us.
