• All Omar home models are designed to meet EN 1647
• Single wide homes are designed to EN1647 snow load D & thermal grade 3
• Twin wide homes are designed to EN1647 snow load B & thermal grade 3

Fittings and Equipment
All Omar homes are supplied with:

• Central heating
• Hard and soft furnishings to the lounge
• Fully fitted kitchens
• Freestanding or fitted wardrobes and other cabinets to the bedrooms
• Divan beds and mattresses
• Carpets, vinyl and curtains throughout
• All European homes are fitted with fly-screens. All electrical and gas installations comply with appropriate National standards and EN requirements.

See the individual floor plan layouts for specific content. All Kitchens are supplied with an integrated or free standing cooker as indicated on the floor plan. Changes to the basic specifications and deletion of most items can be undertaken provided that they do not depart from the safety requirements of the EN.
